The University of Durham is a collegiate public research university situated in Durham, North East England. It is a residential collegiate university with long traditions & modern values. Durham University was founded in 1832, making it oldest of the university’s 16 colleges. The university has two locations- one is in the city of Durham & the another one is on Queen’s campus. Both have excellent transport links to the rest of north England and takes 3 hours approximately to reach from London. More than 17,000 students were enrolled in the academic year of 2014/2015.
The university has an array of courses to choose from, for instance- it has over 130 undergraduate degree programs in the field of arts, health, humanities, sciences & social sciences.
